AI is changing everything, but context is still king.

While AI can handle some of the technical aspects of course design and production, it’s up to us to ensure that the learning aligns with our organization’s vision and meets our learners’ needs.

What does this mean for the future of learning?

It means we need to double down on understanding context. We need to be clear about the “why” behind our learning initiatives and ensure that AI is being used to support, not replace, human judgment.
